Introduction

We are offering private accomodation in separated part of recreational house in Lázně Libverda. Building is located in a centre of village above spa colonnade. In a close surroundings you can find Bikecentrum Libverda, "Singltrek pod Smrkem" bike tracks entrance and tourist paths.
Spa areal offers tennis courts, minigolf, swimming pool, sauna etc.

Accomodation is adapted for 2-8 persons in 3 bedrooms. In case of reservation just one or two bedrooms, other bedrooms are not offered to other guests

Ground floor: Hall and spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, electrical oven, ceramic hob, kettle, microvave oven, dishwasher).
1st floor: 1x double room with bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet)
2nd floor: 1x twin room and 1x four-bedded room (2x double bed setup), each room has its own bathroom (shower, toilet)
Note: Full occupancy rate is not required!
Heating: Natural gas boiler.
Pets: No.
For use: Garden with grill, lockable bike storage, bike wash possibility.
Parking: In front of building.
Internet: Free Wi-fi connection.
Close surroundings: Restaurant, sweet-shop, grocery, mineral water spring.
Building is strictly non-smoking.
